How do I get Floor Map before the show?
Floor Map will be up on website about two weeks before the show.
How can I cancel my application for the Conference?
Cancellation or change of charged sessions will not be accepted after completing the application. If the applicant is not able to attend, please have another personnel attend instead.
How much is the admission fee for the show?
The admission fee is free if you bring a Visitor Ticket. Visit here and complete the form to get the ticket.
*JPY 5,000/person will be charged without a ticket.
How can I apply for Visitor Tickets?
To apply for Visitor Tickets, visit here and complete the form.
Can I enter concurrent shows as well?
If you have one of the Invitation Tickets of the shows, you can enter all shows for free.
Can I visit the show with children?
Since this is BtoB trade show, those under 18 years old are not allowed to enter the show.
Is a Visa necessary to enter Japan?

Recording and photography are strictly prohibited at exhibition halls and seminar rooms other than authorized press personnel. For requesting the press badge, please contact us via e-mail.
